Web Analytics & Reporting Overview
The LoopFuse Web Analytics module is accessible at any time, by clicking on the Web Analytics icon.
LoopFuse provides a comprehensive analytics package, offering in-depth information and reporting on all website activity for your organization. The marrying of this analytics data to email/internet campaign, and lead capture information, provides marketers a one-stop solution for insight in to all of their marketing initiatives.
LoopFuse provides the following information, via the Web Analytics interface and reporting mechanisms:
- Up-to-the-hour analytics information.
- Date-range analytics reporting.
- In-depth Analytics Information:
- Unique visitors
- Unique registrations
- Total Page Views
- Page-views per unique visitor
- Visitor web-browser information
- Visitor Operating System information
- Visitor GeoLocation information

- Company/Organization/ISP
- Postal Code

- Hourly hits chart
- Most popular pages and file downloads
- Most requested landing pages
- Most accessed exit pages

Viewing Analytics Data
| You must have your website configured for analytics tracking for LoopFuse to process analytics data. Please see, Analytics Tracking, for configuration information. |
Viewing current analytics data, is achieved by going to the main Web Analytics screen, and choosing a desired date range. For easy-access, you may click the links under Quick-Pick, or select a date range, using the calendar pop-up.
After clicking Update, you should see the web analytics summary screen for your selected date-range...
Note: you are able to navigate all of your analytics information for your selected date-range, at any time, using the drop-down menu on the page:
Summary View
Below is a list of some of the summary labels and why they're important to marketers:
- Total Form Registrations: Total amount of lead capture forms submitted to LoopFuse.
- Unique Visitors: Unique individual visitors on your website.
- Unique Registrations: Reflects unique individuals submitting one form.
- Unregistered Visitors: Total number of visitors that did not submit a lead capture form.
- Visitor Conversion Rate: Percentage of registered to unregistered visitors on your site.
- Total Hits: Total number of page views.
- Pages per Visitor: Total number of page view divided-by unique visitor amount.
Visitor Information
The Visitor Information analytics section provides information that is retrieved from visitors':
- Environment Settings: Computer Hardware and Software
- GeoLocation Information: IP address resolution information

GeoLocation

Searching for an Organization
The main analytics screen allows users to search for a specific organization or company that has visited their website. Searching is accomplished, by using the organization search form, and support wildcard search syntax:
- For wildcard search, use the (*) character:
- g* will return Google
- *bm will return IBM
- *oen* will return Boeing
After clicking the Search button, all matching results are displayed...
In the search results table, a user can click on a Organization name, where a comprehensive analytics history for the specific organization will be displayed...
Organization View
The Organization View screen provides a 360-degree view of in-depth information that is specific to the target organization. This comprehensive view of organization activity, displays all historical analytics data found in your database.
We will now cover some of the important company information, found under the map diagram on this screen:
- Total Score: An organization's Lead Score, assigned through the automated Lead Scoring process. If you have not created a Lead Scoring profile, you will not see a score value. View Lead Scoring for instructions on configuring automated Lead Scoring profiles.
- Total Hits: Total number of page views from visitors in this organization on your website.
- Unique Visitors: Total number of unique individuals from this organization, that have visited your website.
- Total Form Registrations: Total number of visitors from this organization that have completed a Lead Capture Form on your website.
- Unique Registrations: Unique visitors from this organization that have completed a Lead Capture Form on your website.
- Total Time: An sum of all time spent on your website by members of this organization.
In addition to the summary information described above, LoopFuse also provides insight in to which members of an organization have completed Lead Capture Forms, under the Unique Visitors table.

Generating Reports
LoopFuse allows you to dynamically export analytics reports in PDF format, for distribution within your organization. The reports cover the same information viewed on the user-interface for Web Analytics.
You can access the report export capabilities, from the submenu on any analytics results screen:
Available Options:
- Export to PDF: Will immediately export the contents of this analytics dataset in PDF format.
- Schedule Report: Will take you to the report scheduling screen where you can schedule analytics reports to be emailed. Click here, for more information.
Scheduling Email Reports
Scheduling Analytics Email Reports allows users to be emailed on a defined basis, analytics reports that encompass a rolling scope of time.
Using the interface above, you have the following options:
- Name: The name of the report, and the filename of the PDF. i.e. Weekly Web Analytics
- Content Type: Currently, only PDF is allowed.
- Schedule: Choose a frequency (time and date) this report should be emailed. You can choose to have it emailed every day, a certain day of every month, or a certain day of every week.
- Scope: The scope of this report, such as, having this analytics report run every Sunday and encompass analytics data for the last week.
- Email To: Users that should receive this analytics report via email. Only subscribed users of the LoopFuse system are displayed on this list.
