My Account
The My Account section is reachable, at any time, by clicking on the My Account link on the top-right of any page.
The My Account section is only viewable by Administrators, and displays information related to your account:
- Acount Type:
- Free 30-day trial
- Paid account
- Available Administrator Seats: Number of unused Administrator seats.
- Available Sales Seats: Number of unused Sales seats.
- Page Views: Ratio of used to unused page views for your account.
- Email Sends: Ratio of uses to unused sent emails for your account.
- Support Package: Support package purchased.
- Bandwidth Package: Bandwidth package purchased.

Whether you are upgrading from a trial account, or are looking to add seats or upgrade your bandwidth/support package, this section of the guide will help you through most of these activities. However, for current pricing and account options, please view our website
Upgrading From Trial
If you signed up for the LoopFuse 30-day trial, the My Account screen will only reflect trial information.
You can upgrade to a paid account, at any time, by clicking on any of the Upgrade to Paid Account links on this page. Upgrading to a paid account is a simple 4-step process, using the integrated LoopFuse shopping-cart.
- Add User Seats Add the desired number of user seats. For an explanation on the difference between Sales and Administrator Seats, please read the FAQ
- Select a Bandwidth Package (Optional) Select a bandwidth package, if you feel the standard/base package will not suit your needs. You can upgrade/downgrade at any time.
- Select a Support Package (Optional) Select a Support Package, if you are in need of LoopFuse Professional Services and Support. By default, no support is included. If you choose to not purchase a support package, you are welcome to seek help from the community in our message boards.
- Verify Total Per Month Verify the amount of all purchased items is correct.
Click Proceed to Checkout to continue
The checkout page will contain your current shopping basket at the top, labeled under Payment Summary.
At this time, fill out all the information on this page, including payment details. All fields marked with (*) are required.
After clicking the button labeled Submit Order, your order will be processed. You should receive a confirmation emails from the LoopFuse Billing Department.
| All communication between the LoopFuse system and credit card processing center is encrypted and highly secure. In addition, LoopFuse DOES NOT store your Credit Card Information. |
Upgrading/Downgrading Your Account
You can upgrade or downgrade your account settings at any time, by clicking on the Modify Account button on the main My Account page.
Modifying your account is a simple 4-step process, using the integrated LoopFuse shopping-cart.
The top chart on this page, displays your current account and payment details, under the heading Current Payment Summary.
- Modify User Seats Add/Remove the desired number of user seats. For an explanation on the difference between Sales and Administrator Seats, please read the FAQ
- Select a Bandwidth Package (Optional) Add/Remove a bandwidth package, if you feel the standard/base package will not suit your needs. You can upgrade/downgrade at any time.
- Select a Support Package (Optional) Add/Remove a Support Package. If you choose to not purchase a support package, you are welcome to seek help from the community in our message boards.
- Verify Total Per Month Verify the amount of current changes is correct.

Canceling Your Account
You can cancel your Paid account at any time, by clicking on the Cancel Account button on the My Account page.
After canceling your account, your credit card will no longer be billed. All data will be purged 30-days from your cancellation, and your company's logins will be disabled at the end of the current month's billing cycle.
Updating Billing Details
You can update your billing details at any time, by clicking on the Update Billing Information button on the My Account screen.
| It is advisable that you promptly update your billing information, if the payment credit card was canceled or has expired, to avoid a lapse in service |
At this time, fill out all the information on this page. All fields marked with (*) are required.
After clicking the button labeled Submit Order, your billing information will be updated with our credit card processing unit. You will not be charged again for your current month. Your new information will be used for payment on the following month.
You should receive a confirmation emails from the LoopFuse Billing Department, shortly thereafter.
