Lead Dashboard
The Lead Dashboard provides marketers and sales personnel a 360-degree view of a specific lead's activities, interests, opportunity, and geographic information, and is accessible from several parts of the system and your CRM lead page (via the lead view link).
Throughout the entire Lead Dashboard section, you will note the unique visitor identifier assigned to the individual you are viewing. This unique identifier is assigned by LoopFuse on first contact with the lead, whether it be an email campaign, a list import, or a visit to your website.

Profile Score
Lead Profile scores are automatically assigned using the rules that LoopFuse marketers have created. The score shown at the top of this page, is adjusted hourly depending on this specific lead's most recent activity.
A higher score, denotes a higher-valued lead.
Visitor Information
The Visitor Information section displays geographic and system information for this lead, that is useful in determining the environment and true location of this lead when he first made contact with your organization.
Clicking on the Organization Name will result in an in-depth view of all activity this lead is a member of.
Analytics
Displays the top 10 most recent web analytics information for this lead. Viewing the lead's traffic patterns is a good gauge of product or company interest.
Clicking on the Expanded View link will display all web analytics information for this lead, as well as a Total Time spent on your website.
Web Form Registrations
By clicking on the expand and collapse links in this section, you are able to view all Lead Capture Form submissions by this lead.
Depending on whether your administrator decided to export all of the Lead Capture Form fields to your CRM, there will often be more information contained in this section, than you would be able to see within your CRM.
Scored Profiles
Indicates which profiles a lead was scored on in order to receive total score.
Opportunity Information
Opportunity Information is pulled directly from your organization's CRM, for this lead. Clicking on the Link to CRM Lead link will open a new window, allowing you to see this lead's information within your CRM.
Campaign Analytics
The Campaign Analytics table displays Email Campaign information for this lead - the latest email campaigns this lead has responded to, and some aggregate information for those campaigns.
Clicking on the Expanded View link will display an in-depth view of all campaign information for this lead...
The information shown on this screen, allows sales personnel to view which campaigns were most effective with this particular lead. LoopFuse provides analytics information for specific actions, such as email opens/clicks and times.
